If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 calendar days, from the delivery date of your product, contact us for a return authorization. Next, simply return your product for a full refund.***

***This policy does NOT apply to Software, Digital Downloads, Upgrades, products requiring a serial number for activation, Cases, B-Stock, Used products or Computer products. We DO NOT accept returns on these types of products.

Returned products must be in original condition and must have all the materials (manuals, cables, etc.) that were included with the original packaging. Otherwise, there will be a 5% restock fee.

Download Information

At Home Recorder, we strive for customer satisfaction. Most downloads, which include: download link and activation code, will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase date; during normal business days (Monday - Friday). If you purchase a download, during the weekend, the download information may not be delivered until the following business day. Many downloads will arrive sooner. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder, as some emails will be filtered into that folder.

Some items may take longer to ship due to delayed availability or special order.
